Improve deposit integration, management and display

This meta-task tracks the activities involved in improving deposit integration with external parties, and the way in which deposit can be tracked, by users and by admins. In particular, this implies:

• finalize metadata only deposit, integrating and testing with HAL and InvenioRDM
• showing the list of all the deposit authorities (HAL, IPOL, etc.) with some key information (# of deposits, last date of activity, # of errors)
• inspecting all deposits coming from a given deposit authority, filtering by relevant criteria (succeeded, failed, waiting, etc.)

Several deposit-related tasks may be relevant to this work.
