Provide access to deposit-clients to view dedicated moderation page

Use case: A deposit client wants to check all the deposits made on the archive in the admin view: https://archive.softwareheritage.org/admin/deposit/

This view is accessible today only to team-members. With the a deposit-client role in keycloack, we can add a profile by client to filter the deposits made by a specific deposit client.

First step: without filtering the deposit results
