Clean up wrong origins

In the first attempt to reschedule properly the svn loader origins, bad urls crept up (through wrong input to the loaders). So instead of having the right origins, we have their size as origin url. Those need to be cleaned up.

Only the origins need clean up as the remaining targeted data (revision, etc...) remains correct.
