requirements-test: Remove workarounds to fix pytest execution

Antoine Lambert requested to merge generated-differential-D7468-source into generated-differential-D7468-target

pybadges v3.0 has recently been released so we can now remove those workarounds to fix pytest execution as they are no longer needed.

Test Plan

I bootstraped a new virtualenv, installed all swh dependencies and executed pytest in swh-web. Everything went fine.
