Add a visual marker that a Content is being loaded when browsing
For example, browsing https://archive.softwareheritage.org/browse/origin/directory/?origin_url=https://github.com/virtualagc/virtualagc can show an empty README content for a while before actually showing it (the excessive loading time is an other issue) like:
There should be a visible indication in the rendering view the content is loading.
