pytest_plugin: Reuse swh_storage_postgresql connection string

Antoine R. Dumont requested to merge generated-differential-D4016-source into generated-differential-D4016-target

The swh_storage_postgresql.dsn string already contains the connection information necessary for the tests to run.

In a subsequent diff, i'll rename the db name to storage !576 (closed)
