svn: Handle sub-project root directory removal in revision (!130) · Merge requests · Platform / Development / swh-loader-svn

It exist cases where the root directory of a subversion sub-project is removed in a revision.

Handle that edge case by returning the empty directory as new root directory to avoid loading error.
