Clean wrong origins which are eclipselabs/apache-extras ones (already injected)

As the parent task suggests, there may exist origins that should not exist. Those origins would be origin without clash name whose real origin would be with eclipselabs or apache-extras related.

There are 1608 origins ( ~1.8k {eclipselabs + apache-extras ones} minus the 0.2k {googlecode+eclipselabs | googlecode+apache-extras} clashes)
