provenance: Compute the final directory-in-revision index

this implements step 3.2 on https://hedgedoc.softwareheritage.org/provenance_model

this class is mostly copy-pasted from ComputeDirectoryFrontier, with the difference that it reads the list of frontier directories, instead of computing "frontier"-ality for each revision.
