Implement development history re-creation to provide links between versions

Deposits on HAL with multiple versions aren't linked through the software history feature. This happens due to a glitch in recreating the history when a deposit is added.

The deposit partner should use add-to-origin metadata which will ensure this link. SWH should implement the creation of revisions as well to make sure that the elements are linked.

I have two visits on this origin (there are also two versions in HAL) But there is no history, or possibility to go from one version to the other in the files
