docs: Unify doc and git READMEs

Antoine R. Dumont requested to merge generated-differential-D5340-source into generated-differential-D5340-target

This drops the initial uninteresting readme coming from the template bootstrap. From now on, future modifications will show up both in the main readme and the docs site.
