After discussion with @rdicosmo, GitHub is the best place for the community that wants to use the CodeMeta Generator.

We need to add instructions on the README for contributions and maybe a contributors file [#2292 (closed)]

Share the repository under the Software Heritage user.

Finally promote the CodeMeta generator on the multiple mailing lists.
