Create a README to reference how to kickstart a presentation

Antoine R. Dumont requested to merge generated-differential-D8446-source into generated-differential-D8446-target

Otherwise, we have no idea how to do so when we start this journey.

There is another incomplete one in common/modules/ which i started this one from. I don't know what to do about the other one.

Pondering whether to drop it and replace it with a symlink to this new one...

Thoughts?

Test Plan

Do as the readme say and enjoy one newly freshed compiled presentation.
