Draft: Refactor service url configuration to centralize slurm or local behaviors
- Standardize the way to get the service hosts
- Manage the domain suffix transparently for all the services deployed in slurm
- To avoid any issues with network rules on adastra, use
localhostfor local services instead of the frontend hostname
