dogfooding: ingest the Software Heritage forge into the archive (via the canonical URLs)

We do archive Software Heritage source code into the Software Heritage archive, but that is currently a byproduct of the fact that we mirror to GitHub our repos. Instead, we should have all our repos—via their canonical forge.softwareheritage.org/ URLs—as origins tracked by the archive crawler.
