add lister for RhodeCode/Kallithea, as used on code.rhodecode.com kallithea-scm.org/repos and other sites

A lister is needed for RhodeCode/Kallithea, two related web-based multi-VCS hosting systems. Kallithea is a fork of RhodeCode and the lister will be able handle both.

RhodeCode sites have RhodeCode 5.0.0 Enterprise Edition or similar in the footer. Kallithea sites have This site is powered by Kallithea in the footer.

Both can be listed using this command, then adding all repos listed in the JSON response:

According to Google and Bing they are used on sites below. There are a few more in the search results but they weren't online when I checked.
