add lister for `the fragrant git host` as used on shithub.us git.9front.org cloud9p.org

Moving discussion from swh/devel/swh-web#4763 (closed) - a lister is needed for the software used on these three sites https://shithub.us/ https://git.9front.org/ http://cloud9p.org/. There is also https://only9fans.com/ but that is a duplicate of https://shithub.us/ and there is also something similar at https://orib.dev/git/repos.html but the service there seems a bit broken, only one repo works. These sites all use the fragrant git host in the HTML title, so it is likely they use the same software.
