Change Add-Forge-Now status
I wanted to change a request status to UNSUCCESSFUL but I can't go back in status after updating it to SCHEDULED/ACCEPTED:

It seems that the cgit forge was taken down as https://git.eigenstate.org/ now redirects to https://shithub.us/ (rofl). Getting git URLs from that page seems easy by scraping the project names, git URLs are then in the form
git://shithub.us/<project_name>. Not sure if we need a dedicated lister, we could simply create SCN requests instead.Regarding that issue, we indeed miss a transition in the workflow declared in
swh-web, the fix is a one-liner.shithub.us should get a dedicated lister, because there are other sites that use the same software, such as https://git.9front.org/
I have it in my TODO list to file a request for a shithub lister, and a bunch of other ones too.
