add forge now - refactor help content

in the submission form, display only the last help paragraph below the submit button :

Once a add request has been submitted, you can follow its current status in the submitted requests list . This process is depending on human interactions and might take a few days to be handled (it primarily depends on the response time of the forge).

Add a tab on the view to display a simplified status list (only the main steps regarding the submitter), and a link to the full documentation
