Harmonize syntax for deposit with `create-deposit` instead of `slug` in docs

First check that we need both swh:create-origin tag in xml and --create-origin in cli. Please, @ardumont and @vlorentz confirm that both are needed.

Then change all mentions of slug in examples to create-origin. Keep slug as deprecated.
