Deploy all latest development in production, then refactor deprecated configuration/code

  1. Correctness: Deploy all the things swh and debugs what needs to (unfortunately there is/was)

  2. Refactor: Clean up the manifests with no longer needed configuration (due to the migration of the task submodule and killing implicit configuration mostly)

  3. Refactor: Clean up the swh modules with no longer needed configuration (for the same reason)

  4. enjoy
