ssh keys not deployed on bookworm hosts

It seems puppet is not deploying anymore the ssh keys on bookworm hosts.

The keys are well deployed on debian 11 nodes (cassandra, pergamon, ...) but not on debian 12 ones

I've imported the sshkeys_core module into our third party modules, and the ssh keys are now properly created on bookworm hosts.
