please canonicalise existing AFN URLs

The SWH AFN data has a lot of suboptimal URLs, which can lead to duplicate AFN submissions, which wastes the time of submitters and moderators.

I have submitted swh/devel/swh-web!1351 (merged) and swh/devel/swh-web!1352 (merged) to prevent the addition of more such URLs.

If in future someone submits the canonical URL of a forge that is already present as an existing AFN with a suboptimal URL, then the new forge canonical URL AFN will not be detected as a duplicate of the existing suboptimal URL AFN.

So we also need to update all existing AFNs with suboptimal URLs to the canonical ones, to allow for duplicate detection on future submissions.

The attached text file is a tab-separated values file with four columns of AFN data; the request number, the forge type, the original forge URL and the canonicalised forge URL.

Please apply the text file to the AFN database so that we can rely on the duplicate detection for future AFN submissions.

@anlambert swh/devel/swh-web!1353 (merged) will break a lot of URLs that use a sub-path and or search query for their base location instead of using a full subdomain all to themselves.

Ack, fortunately I did not tag a new release. I will rework the migration to use your file then.

Done in swh/devel/swh-web!1354 (merged).

That is why I specifically went through the data and manually looked at it all and did the changes as appropriate.
