create unix account and vpn access for Rayan Mostovoi (intern)

Rayan Mostovoi is an intern at EPITA, currently working with myself and @rdicosmo on the "Reverse project phylogenesis" topic. We would like to give him access to maxxi, to experiment with the compressed graph there. (No heavy experiment/load expected.) He is @bubullzz:matrix.org on our Matrix channel.

Can you please create a unix account for him and make sure he is VPN access?

FWIW, Rayan is at Inria Paris today, in case some steps are easier/quicker F2F.
