Upgrade swh.search elasticsearch to 8.15 (staging)

Looks like swh.search is happy with Elasticsearch 8.15, so we should be able to upgrade to the latest version.

The staging swh-search elasticsearch cluster is a single-node cluster, so it should be fairly easy to upgrade...

Upgrade steps should be as follows:

• Rolling upgrade of elasticsearch cluster to 7.17.24 (including upgrade to Debian 12)
  • search-esnode0
• Check elasticsearch version where indexes were created, and reindex those for which the creation date was < 7.x
• Rolling upgrade of elasticsearch cluster to 8.15.1
  • search-esnode0

Did you manage to run the Python tests after upgrading to 8.15 ? From my side, the elasticsearch instance spawn by pytest does not start so tests are hanging.
