Create a deposit production account for InvenioRDM

staging:

• client: They need to create their account in the staging keycloak realm
• client: <client-login>
• Awaiting domain and provider url from client: <ask-client> - in progress in #5084 (closed)
• Add swh.deposit.api role to user in keycloak in staging realm
• deposit db: Create deposit api collection & client [2] (requires domain and provider url first)
• Ask client whether the deposit access is ok

production:

• client: They need to create their account in the production keycloak realm
• client: check the messages later
• Awaiting domain and provider url from client: check the messages later

 in production, since Zenodo registers DOIs with a prefix starting with “10.5281”:
https://doi.org/10.5281/

• Add swh.deposit.api role to user in keycloak in production realm
• deposit db: Create deposit api collection & client [2] (same as staging)
• Ask client whether the deposit access is ok

I've double-checked for the existence of a 'zenodo' user in the keycloak production but it does not exist yet.
