RPC (gunicorn) service allow passing logging configuration through a file

We used to pass it as a log configuration file in the static infra (and we still do for winery):

• logging config (is a merge of the two dicts)
• gunicorn entry point

I've adapted the objstorage chart to allow this (the same way it's done with the winery objstorage [0]). I've successfully tested it locally with the local-cluster.

It's now pushed in the next-version branch [1] so that shall appear there for the objstorage instances.
