production: Deploy remaining indexers from azure to dynamic infra

That means one instance of:

• origin-intrinsic-metadata

• swh/infra/ci-cd/swh-charts!343 (closed): Deploy origin intrinsic metadata indexer
• (manual) stop indexer journal client on azure workers (already done through the recent v3.0 indexer deployment [1])
• Decommission azure workers
  • puppet role change
  • puppet apply on worker*
  • puppet apply on pergamon (to drop icinga alerts)
  • stop workers (on azure)
• Checks
  • grafana board [2], lag is subsiding
