contains:

• to_disk: Represent revisions as empty directories instead of symlinks
• interface: Add download_url method and implement it in backend

• vault0.staging: Upgrade packages
• vault0.staging: Restart gunicorn-swh-vault
• swh-charts: Merge swh/infra/ci-cd/swh-charts!142 (merged)
• Argocd will deploy ^ (which will restart the cooker workers)

production:

• vangogh.azure: Upgrade packages
• vangogh.azure: Restart gunicorn-swh-vault
• workers.azure: Upgrade packages
• workers.azure: Restart swh-worker@vault_cooker service
• swh-charts: Merge staging branch into production & push
