Add forge now pipeline - Automate API token generation

The web api tokens have a limited lifetime, so the add forge now pipeline needs to check regularly the token validity, and generate a new one if necessary

When the add forge now pipeline needs to communicate with the Web api:

• check if a token exists and is valid
• if not, generate a token
