Migrate save code now services to the elastic infra

    As the elastic worker now have a proper sentry report routing happening. To avoid duplicating that effort, it's simpler to move the save code now worker to the elastic infra.

    • swh-charts: Adapt new sentry configuration allowing proper error routing to sentry project
    • swh-charts: Deploy new high priority worker in production
    • swh-site: Decomission static high priority service
    • swh-charts: Bump concurrency of high priority service as before (from 5 to 16)

        Run puppet to stop loader and force a systemctl disable to be on the safe side [1]
