Continuous deployment

• Migrate away from Debian packaging for deployment (to pypi packages?)
• Build a docker image per deployable service
• Build the deployment tooling
• Reset and redeploy the stack after commits
• Execute acceptance tests

Goal:

• Improve bug detection
• validate the future elastic infrastructure components
