On staging, the cgit lister tried to list git.afpy.org

but https://git.afpy.org/ is a Gitea instance

(In prod, the config is fine, it's only being listed by the Gitea lister)

Looks like an operator error when processing #4674 (closed). (cc. @ardumont)

In staging, add forge now listing tasks are scheduled as oneshot so they shouldn't recur.

yes, i initially opened this as a list-cgit instead of the actual gitea instance that it is.
