Staging deposit access for Dagstuhl

Give Ramy access to the staging deposit (as per the doc [2]):

• Update keycloak account "rpdramy" with swh-deposit role [1]
• Configure deposit backend with proper configuration (provider_url as "https://fc4e-staging.dagstuhl.de/")

Configure the deposit with that new account [1] (new collection "dagstuhl"). I've derived the domain from the provider url (so "dagstuhl.de")

Check everything is fine [2].
