k8s-staging: Increase cluster resources to avoid shortage

When all the environments are started or a big deployment is in progress some the cluster can be short in available cpus.

The memory is also increased because there is the space on pompidou so why not.

This is a proposal to open the discussion before applying it on the cluster (node by node)
