Stop to backup db1 on storage1

Vincent Sellier requested to merge disable_db1_backup into production

Several reasons:

  • Storage1 is almost out of disk space
  • It generates a lot of I/Os causing disruptions on the staging environment
  • The backup is useless as the wal are not saved independently

The cleanup will be manually done
