Declare the dns entries for the cea servers

Vincent Sellier requested to merge cea_dns into production
  • Declare 2 new zones:
    • admin.cea.swh.network for the idrac and admin bastion access
    • internal.cea.swh.network for the access
  • Declare all the idrac addresses
  • Declare all the ips of the access network
