webapp: Activate search through metadata in staging webapp and webapp1

Antoine R. Dumont requested to merge generated-differential-D5095-source into generated-differential-D5095-target

That way, we can check the behavior both with data (staging elasticsearch has metadata) and no data (webapp1 uses an elasticsearch with no metadata yet).
