indexer-fossology-license: Fix missing source to install deps

Antoine R. Dumont requested to merge generated-differential-D5057-source into generated-differential-D5057-target

fossology-nomossa is in our repository.

This is not enough as it is currently only referenced for stretch and jessie in our debian repository.

fossology-nomossa | 3.1-1~bpo9~swh+1 | stretch-swh | amd64

We need that dependency ported into buster-swh as well.

Still that can land independently as the status-quo is the same with or without. (The deps won't be seen until the repository is updated). Only difference is the manifest is one step closer to the truth with the diff.
