archiver: Remove archiver profile from swh_storage role

Antoine R. Dumont requested to merge generated-differential-D1530-source into generated-differential-D1530-target

In effect, this stops deploying swh-worker@archiver service on node with role swh_storage (or stop wanting to start back that deprecated service).

It was still running on uffizi node (and trying to connect to the now removed swh-archiver db). Only on uffizi though since that node has also the swh-worker role with a list of one service (swh-archiver).

Annex: This also removes the objstorage-checkers which were never deployed (code that is still living in the now archived swh-archiver repository).
