staging: add record_references to storage pipeline for replayers

Nicolas Dandrimont requested to merge mr/record-references-in-replayers into staging

The reference recording only works in PostgreSQL, so we need to replay whatever happened in cassandra into that table, by adding the record_references proxy to the pipeline.
