local-cluster/graph: Use smaller 2024-08-23_popular-4-shell dataset

Instead of python3k.

It's a smaller dataset so faster feedback loop to develop on compressed graph related chart template.

It was initially opened to be merged but as it remains issues with it, it stays opened for references on how to run it locally for now (if issues subside at some point, it will be merged as it should provide a faster feedback loop than the python3k dataset).

I no longer faces those problems ^.
