storage: run the object-references-partitions cronjob every week

Nicolas Dandrimont requested to merge mr/storage-entrypoint-create-object-references-partitions into production

If we only run it every month, and we do not notice a failed iteration, we end up crashing the workers a few days later. This gives us a month's notice instead.
