Add API endpoint api_origin_visit_latest.

vlorentz requested to merge generated-differential-D1709-source into generated-differential-D1709-target

It will replace the 'internal' endpoint _origin_latest_snapshot, and won't require fetching the whole snapshot just to know if there is a visit with a snapshot.

Depends on !152 (closed).
