origin: Migrate use to storage.origin_list instead of origin_get_range

Antoine R. Dumont requested to merge generated-differential-D3675-source into generated-differential-D3675-target

The origin-get-range endpoint will be dropped from the storage.

Note: This will actually make it possible to use the webapp with cassandra now for that part (cassandra storage does not expose the origin-get-range endpoint).
