diffoscope output looks good. The repository still contains a MANIFEST.in though.

Please replace by:

ifdef SWH_PACKAGE_DOC_TOX_BUILD
include swh-docs/Makefile.sphinx
else
include ../../swh-docs/Makefile.sphinx
endif

as it breaks whole SWH documentation build otherwise.

I fixed the template in swh-py-template!33 (closed) and such Makefiles already pushed to remote.
