origin-visit-update: Write visit-status objects to the journal

Antoine R. Dumont requested to merge generated-differential-D3244-source into generated-differential-D3244-target

This makes origin_visit_update operations also write origin visit status to the journal.

And reverts partial function call inlined in !872 (closed) (as explained there)

journal wise though, tox won't be happy. We need swh-journal!236 (closed) to land and be tagged first:
