This actually aligns with the origin_visit model whose status is already mandatory.

All clients have been adapted already to make sure they pass the status (swh-loader-core!356 (closed) swh-loader-svn!171 (closed) swh-loader-core!357 (closed) swh-web!979 (closed)).
