Pin mypy and drop type annotations which makes mypy unhappy

Antoine R. Dumont requested to merge generated-differential-D6859-source into generated-differential-D6859-target

This also drops:

  • spurious copyright headers to those files if present.
  • fix a type issue revealed by the new mypy

Ensure the jenkins' build is fine.
