Update User interface and experimental API return to focus on Provenance

Pierre-Yves David requested to merge marmoute/swh-scanner:origin-provenance into master

While the "official" service is not in production yet, it is useful to align the internals of the scanner with the current target for a Provenance API, it will allow for a smoother update when the Provenance Service is deployed.
